End Block Sale - Apartment

Those view days my mailbox was full of the property agent letter and to my surprise, I received many letters from many agents and attention to my name - dear owner. How do they know my name ?, event they call me in my landline and offer the agent service as this apartment is in the block sale.

Almost 81% the owner of apartment have been agree to sell their apartment to a property agent. I love this apartment, this is in the heart of Orchard road Singapore, just around 100 meter from the main orchard area. I like Killiney road because there are full of small restaurants, from Japanese food, Indonesia-Malay food, coffee shop, Chinese food, Authentic sarawak food, Thai food, Latin America, Mexican, Italian etc... And NTUC supermarket. Almost every day, I can cook fresh food, the NTUC is just one block from my apartment. Oh, It is a very convenient place especially the apartment is very clean, quiet and big flat.

Many apartments around have been renew, I think this apartment is one of the old one. The old apartment usually have a big living room and big bedroom. I talked to my agent a view days ago, the end block sale will take around 8 to 12 months if it is successful to 100% of owner agree to sell. So let's see how its goes, if the end block sale is successfully to 100%, then I have to find a new place.
